Romain Perrot is an autodidact bruitist musician since 1996, as a soloist or in different bands, mainly as a free noise guitarist.

He’s been working since 2006, under the name VOMIR, on some monolithic and continuous noises, using analog sound generators. He is internationally reputed thanks to this work, and is a symbol of the Harsh Noise Wall genre, thanks to his stylistic intransigence, his concept of confinement through noise, and his performances during which the public is invited to cover his head with plastic bags for a total immersion.
