Welcome to ROTORELIEF.com. Here, you can purchase records produced by Rotorelief Records directly—though please note that our goal is not to operate a “transformational leadership”-style online store where you place an order and receive the product the very next day.
Before placing an order, please note that:
– Rotorelief is an independent label responsible for every stage of record production; since we handle multiple projects simultaneously, this takes priority over managing the store.
– To find out the shipping costs (postage + secure packaging) before purchasing, you must first add your selection of records and merchandise to the cart, then enter your full address.
– By clicking the “Buy” button, you are placing a binding order to purchase the advertised Products at the listed price and with the indicated shipping costs.
– We ship orders once a week. If you will be unavailable to receive your order during a specific period, please feel free to contact us by email before placing your order.
– Upon receipt of payment for your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will then be shipped within 3 to 15 days following your order.
– Regarding presales and preorders, please note the announced availability date, as shipping will take place within 15 days of that date.
– Packages are shipped by default with a tracking number; you will receive a “manual” notification from the website within one week at the latest.
