Please note, however, that our ambition is not to create a “transformational leadership” type of online store, where you place your order and receive the product the next day. Before ordering, please note that :
– Rotorelief Records is an independent label, managing all stages of the production process for a large number of productions at the same time, with priority given to sales.
– To find out about shipping costs (postage + packaging) before you buy, first enter your destination country in the simulator, then register and place your order.
– By pressing the “Buy” button, you place a firm order to purchase the Products advertised at the price and with the shipping costs indicated.
– We ship once a full week. If you are not available to receive your order, please contact us by e-mail before placing your order.
– As soon as we have received payment for your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. Your order will then be dispatched within 15 days of receipt.
– For pre-sales and pre-orders, please take into account the announced availability date, to allow for shipment within 15 days.
– Packages are sent by default with a tracking number, and you will receive manual notification from the website within a week.
